In Japanese history, the "Shogun" was the supreme leader appointed by the Emperor, standing at the heart of the nation to guide its politics and economy. We adapt this spirit to the modern culinary world, serving as the "Guiding Force" to promote the true value of Japanese cuisine throughout the UK.

Our name also stands for "SHOW-GUN," representing the live performance of "Musubu" (hand-crafting Omusubi). From the inviting aroma and the sound of preparation to the skilled movements of our hands—we are a team dedicated to turning the making of Omusubi into an immersive experience.

Furthermore, we act as a "Michi-no-Eki" (a traditional Japanese traveler's hub). We create a space where you can see, touch, and try regional specialties and folk crafts from all over Japan. Beyond just tasting the food, we strive to be a team that showcases the beauty of Japanese culture through all five senses.
